    Project Due: Week 08

    Instructions: Turn to page 152 in the Animator's Survival Guide. Closely examine the structure and poses of the arm swing example found in this section. Notice the small flip of the wrist at the beginning and end of each arc. After you have closely studied the basic movement of the arm swing, begin to animate you arm swings from a central pivot points (I.E - the shoulder). Your "shoulder" should not move and should continue to serve at the pivot point for you arm swing. In addition, don't forget to correctly animate the other parts of the arm. The elbow and wrist will also serve as pivot points for their respective appendages. Your animation should illustrate the arm swinging forwards and backwards. Please ensure you project includes the following required elements before you complete this assignment:

    • Your arm must swing forwards and backwards
    • Your animation must establish the correct movement arcs
    • Overlapping action on the wrist and elbow (drag)
    • Duration: 30 Frames (at least)
    • Frame Size: 1280 x 720 pixels
    • Final Render File Type from Photoshop = .MOV
    • Format (the codec) of Rendered Movie: H.264
